A federal judge declined motions to acquit former coroner Dr. Cyril H. Wecht yesterday. Ruling on a renewed motion for acquittal by Dr. Wecht's attorneys, U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab wrote that the defense had largely just repackaged previous arguments.
