Kota Kinabalu : A man went to a bank and returned to find his car on fire at Jalan Gaya, Monday. The 40-year-old man, known only as Yap, said he parked his Kelisa near the Sabah Tourism Board office and spent about 20 minutes at a bank at about 10.30am.
